Local Roots in Jeffersonville

Bill was born and raised in Jeffersonville and remains deeply connected to the community he calls home. He graduated from Jeffersonville High School and later attended Indiana University Southeast.

Entrepreneurship has been a central part of Bill’s life for nearly his entire career. He has spent most of his professional life self-employed, building businesses that serve Southern Indiana and the Greater Louisville region.

Having lived and worked in the community his entire life gives him a unique understanding of the people, neighborhoods, and real estate trends that shape the region.

Founding Aristocrat Title

In 2015, Bill founded Aristocrat Title with a clear vision — to create a locally owned title company focused on professionalism, communication, and client protection throughout the closing process.

The goal was simple: provide reliable closing services while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and service for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.

Bill’s leadership extends beyond the title industry. He currently serves on the Jeffersonville City Council, where he works alongside community leaders to support responsible growth, neighborhood investment, and economic development.
