With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and ownership of Aristocrat Title since 2014, Bill brings seasoned leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and clear communication.
Joanna Hyatt
Joanna has been an integral part of the team for 10 years and has worked in the title industry since 2001. Prior to joining Aristocrat Title, Joanna gained valuable experience at a law firm specializing in commercial real estate closings, providing her with a strong legal and transactional foundation.
Chastity Glowaski
Chastity has been part of the team for 7 years, bringing extensive experience in title research and courthouse records. She has worked as an abstractor for 14 years, specializing in detailed, accurate property searches.
Peggy Stricker
Peggy has over 38 years of experience in the banking and title industry, with the majority of her career dedicated to the title profession. Her extensive background provides a strong foundation for managing escrow transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
Jennifer Pierce
Jennifer plays a key role in preparing files to proceed smoothly and flawlessly toward closing by resolving title issues, reviewing public records, and ensuring clear, marketable title. Jennifer began her career in the title industry in 2015 and has been with Aristocrat Title since 2024, bringing consistency, accuracy, and deep industry knowledge to every transaction.
Josie Jones
Josie supports clients and real estate partners throughout Orange County and the Paoli area. A Paoli native, Josie brings deep local connections and an authentic understanding of the community she serves—she truly never meets a stranger and is well known throughout the area.
Tammie Watkins
Tammy Watkins is a Title Examiner at Aristocrat Title and has worked in the title industry since 2015. She joined Aristocrat Title in 2025 and brings a strong foundation in title examination, legal documentation, and commitment review to every transaction.
